Tailored Personal Training for Menopause & Bespoke Private Yoga and Pilates Classes

Perimenopause & Menopause Movement Personal Training

Menopause brings about significant changes, but with the right fitness routine, you can feel stronger, more balanced, and empowered. My personal training sessions are uniquely designed for women in perimenopause and menopause, addressing the physical and hormonal shifts you’re going through, with a special focus on strength, flexibility, balance, core, and pelvic floor health.

Strength Training

With age, muscle mass naturally decreases, affecting metabolism and bone health. Strength training helps reverse these effects by building lean muscle and improving bone density, which is especially important during menopause. I’ll create a program tailored to your fitness level to help you regain strength and vitality.

Flexibility

Hormonal changes can lead to joint stiffness and discomfort. My flexibility exercises, incorporating elements of Yoga and Pilates, will help ease tightness and improve your range of motion, so you can move more freely and comfortably.

Balance

Maintaining good balance is key as we age, helping to prevent falls and improving coordination. I include exercises specifically designed to enhance balance and stability, so you can feel more confident and secure in your everyday movements.

Core Strength

A strong core is essential for posture, stability, and overall strength, especially during menopause. My core-focused exercises will help you build strength in your midsection, supporting your back and improving your daily functionality.

Pelvic Floor Health

Menopause often affects pelvic floor muscles, leading to discomfort or issues like bladder control. Strengthening the pelvic floor is a key part of my program, helping to restore pelvic health, improve bladder function, and enhance core stability. I’ll guide you through safe, effective exercises that strengthen this critical area and boost your overall well-being.

Private, Personalized Sessions

Forget about the gym—my sessions are completely private and designed around your unique needs. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can focus on becoming your strongest, healthiest self and help you feel amazing during this stage of life!
